- 7 days after parcel received for exchange and replace.

- At this time, our company is following strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure safety for our customers as well as our employees.

- Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 24 hours of the order delivery, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within the given time frame. Kindly keep the tags intact.  - Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
