Returns & Damaged Products

We currently accept returns only for products that are received damaged, subject to verification and approval by our team.

Customers are requested to inspect their order carefully after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is received damaged.

Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and its packaging may be required for verification.

Products are not ordinarily eligible for return simply because of a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Custom & Special Orders
